Bundle up and help bring some festive Democratic spirit to downtown Menomonie! The Dunn County Democrats will once again have a float in the 2025 Winter Daze Parade on Thursday, December 11, and we’re looking for volunteers to walk alongside or ride on the float.

We’ll be spreading cheer, handing out treats and mini flags to kids, and showing our neighbors that Democrats are active, joyful, and visible in western Wisconsin. This is one of the most community-filled events of the season—your presence helps us show up strong.

Please plan to arrive between 6:00 - 6:15 PM. Float staging will be on 10th Ave near Stout Parking Lot 24, which is where you can park. Look for the DCD blue trailer and there will be folks there to help you get oriented!

And remember: dress warmly! Winter Daze earns its name every year, and this parade is always a chilly one.
